Antique Art Nouveau 925 Silver Yellow Chalcedony Cabochon Pin Murrle Bennett ?

A most attractive antique art nouveau pin / brooch that we are attributing to the famous jeweller of the era, Murrle Bennett & Co.

The pin is marked  925 silver in two places, but there is no maker's monogram to confirm that it is a  Bennett piece. It is very similar in design to other Bennett pins featuring a quite a distinctive, safety pin type design. The pin is set with a domed yellow cabochon that I think is yellow chalcedony. There are two semi circular silver swags above the stone, giving a heart shape effect. 

The pin is 3.5 cm long / 1 3/8ths inch and it fastens very securely. 

This is a very nice, well made and stylish pin - would make a lovely gift or a treat for yourself. Please note the box in the photos is for display only and is NOT included in the sale.
