A very stylish pair of Edwardian to 1920s silver and carnelian dropper earrings. This is a lovely pair of long dropper earrings dating from the first quarter of the 20th century.
The earrings are made of silver - the fittings on the earrings test as such and the French hook style ear wires are stamped 925. A chain connects to a round or ball shaped carnelian and above is a very decorative fitting set with subtly sparkling marcasites.
The overall drop of the earrings is approx 1 7/8 inch (4.8cm) and they are in very good order, ready to wear. Please see my other antique jewellery listed for sale, including more earrings from this era.
