Antique Victorian period pair of upper arm bangles or armlets in faux tortoiseshell. They are hollow in construction with an inner seam and single joint.

The bangles date from circa 1890 and would be worn on the upper arm. The bangles have an internal diameter of 3 inches or 7.6 cm. They are light in weight at 17 g. A great looking pair of bangles in good condition, ready to wear.
