A round framed and glazed print of Mora from Le Byron Des Dames: or, Portraits Of The Principal Characters In Lord Byron's Poems, an antique book published in 1836 by Charles Tilt of 86 Fleet Street in London, England. This particular print was drawn by Miss F. Corbeaux, Engraved by J. Gibb from Finden's Byron Beauties.
The print has been trimmed to fit into this antique photo frame probably some time in the early twentieth century. We have a similarly framed print of Marion being offered for sale separately but shown as a pair in one of the images.
The polished mahogany frame is 9 7/8 inches (25 cm) diameter. The visible print is approximately 5 inches in diameter. The frame is glazed with a gilt wooden slip. It weighs 366 grammes unpacked.
It is in good antique condition there is some discolouration or minor foxing and has been trimmed to fit the frame.
