Set 8 Port Wine Glasses Drawn Trumpet Bowl Faceted Stem Regency Antique c 1820

An attractive and usable set of eight Regency period c 1820 crystal port wine glasses - seven of them the same and one, slightly different.

These very elegant glasses have drawn trumpet bowls with faceted stems. The facets extend onto the bowl with eight cut panels around the bowl to the seven glasses and seven panels to the other glass which also has a basal ball knopped stem. 

The glasses stand 4 3/4 inches high and the bases have a diameter of approx 2 1/4 inches. They are in very good condition throughout and have the wear to the bases that you would expect to see with antique glassware for the table. 

Together they weigh 728g. They would make a great addition to any collection of antique drinking glasses and very decorative ideal for display and for use.
