Chinese Porcelain Patty Pan Painted Gilded Qianlong 乾隆 Qing 清代 c 1750
A Chinese export porcelain patty pan decorated with a hand painted floral pattern in polychrome enamels and gilding. It dates to circa 1750, from the reign of the Emperor Qianlong 乾隆 (1736-95) the Qing dynasty 清代. Some collectors may refer to this item as a deep saucer dish.
The patty pan is 6 3/8 inches diameter and is 1 5/8 inches high, it weighs 184g unpacked.
It has some damage: A large piece has been broken off and reglued, although this is not very obvious, it displays well and this is a most attractive item to add to a collection of 18th century ceramics or Chinese export porcelain.
