Delivery Information
Postage costs:
Most items in our stock include free UK packaging and delivery and some also have free international packing and shipping too. Please check the item listing for the postage pricing details. The cost of shipping comes up at the checkout and is dependent upon the ship to address and country. International items are usually sent by Royal Mail Tracked or Signed service but, this is limited to a packaged size being less than 90 cm Length+Breadth+Height and a packaged weight of 2 kg. Items exceeding this will be sent via a secure, tracked courier service. Possibly by UPS, DHL, Fedex, or Parcelforce, whichever is the most secure and economical.
Packaging :
We pack well in lots of bubble wrap, with packing chips in appropriately sized strong cardboard cartons, and post promptly. We normally post items either on the same day or within one working day of payment being received. The exception to this may be on a Friday afternoon, and bank holidays. Please read our eBay feedback for Jockjen and buy with confidence.

Shipping Costs:
We always obtain the lowest priced secure tracked or signed for service, where available, and proof of posting for all items. In recent months the cost of shipping has increased dramatically. The following are indicative prices for shipping to the relevant locations. The prices may be lower if the weight and size of the package fits into a lower price break. If a courier is used there may be some surcharges, dependent upon your location. Below is a the Royal Mail world zone pricing map.

Europe - 2kg maximum weight £15.25
World Zone 1 - 2kg maximum weight £25.35
World Zone 2 - 2kg maximum weight £30.70
World Zone 3 - 2kg maximum weight £33.20
Couriers generally charge by volumetric weight, which is calculated by multiplying the length x height x width in centimetres and dividing the answer by 5,000, the calculated figure is compared to the actual weight and the higher of the two is the rate charged. eg, a bulky porcelain vase may only weigh 1 kg but, when safely and securely packaged for transit the volumetric weight may be 5 kg - which is the rate charged by the courier.

Shipping Times:
We generally post items the same working day that in which we receive cleared payment and send notification that items have been posted. We have a cut off time of 2.00 pm UK time for same day shipping. If purchasing from outside of the UK please be patient as sometimes items can be delayed in the various postal systems or customs, although this is unusual.
Australia - Royal Mail shipping times target 5 to 7 working days. Couriers can be quicker but are generally more expensive.
Asia - Royal Mail shipping times target 5 to 7 working days. Couriers can be quicker but are generally more expensive.
Europe - Royal Mail shipping times target 3 to 4 working days. Couriers can be quicker but are generally more expensive.
USA and Canada - Royal Mail shipping times target 5 to 7 working days. Couriers can be quicker but are generally more expensive.
Customs Duty:
Import duties, taxes and charges are not included in the item price or P&P charges. These charges are the buyer's responsibility. Please check with your country's customs office to determine what these additional costs will be prior to purchasing. These charges are normally collected by the courier company or when you pick up your item. Please do not mistake them for additional P&P charged by us. Please note that the UK is now outside the EU and and this item may be subject to additional import duties.
