English Regency Porcelain Plate Painted Pink Roses Gilded Blue Ground c 1815
A Regency English porcelain pretty hand painted and gilded small lobed shaped plate dating from around 1815 - 1820.
This highly decorative and attractive antique bone china porcelain plate dating from the late Georgian or Regency period. There are no marks to identify a maker but it is possibly by Coalport. The plate is decorated with a cobalt blue ground shaped rim with gilded rim with scrolls and swags with three equally spaced pink roses.
The plate is 7 1/4 inches in diameter and weighs 303g. It is in very good condition with no chips, cracks, nor restoration. There is some rubbing to the gilding.
This is a great item to add to any collection on antique English porcelain and a very decorative display piece.
