Q. Are you still operating during the UK Lockdown due to the Coronavirus Covid-19 Pandemic 

A.- Yes we are, we work safely from home with no direct public contact . All orders will be processed as normal but, we are using contactless courier collection and delivery service. It is fully tracked and secure.

Q.  I cannot make out some detail of an item?

A. If you would like to see further images of any item please contact us. If anything about a listing is unclear or open to misunderstanding, please email for more information before buying rather than risking buying an item that is not as expected.

Q. What is the condition of the items for sale?

A. All our items are antiques or vintage items, and are not new. There may be small blemishes or imperfections. Every effort is made to describe damage or faults accurately, with the help of images. Images form part of the description and any defects (if present) are included within the images.

Q  I want to buy more than one item, can I get a postal discount?

A. If you wish to purchase more than one item and obtain a postal discount please e-mail or contact us to let us know what you wish to purchase. We will check the cost of shipping and advise you of  the appropriate price.

Q How can I pay for my item?

A. All items must be paid for within five days of purchase by the stated payment methods only.

For UK residents only, we accept payment in GBP (£) via postal order, personal cheque or PayPal. We also accept credit and debit card secure online payments using Braintree PayPal. 

Buyers from outside the U.K please note that we only accept payment  in GBP (£) by PayPal or via credit or debit card secure online payments using Braintree PayPal. 

We can in certain instances also accept payment in via bank transfer, please contact us for the details.

Q. If I buy something when will it be shipped?

A. We pack well and post promptly - read our feedback and buy with confidence. We generally post items the same working day or when after 2.00 pm the following day that in which we receive cleared payment. We always send notification that items have been posted along with the tracking information. If purchasing from outside of the UK please be patient as sometimes items can be delayed in the various postal systems or customs, although this is unusual. 

Q. We don’t live in the UK, will you ship internationally?

A. We ship Worldwide, and have successfully shipped to 70+ different countries so far!

Q. How can I check on the progress of my order?

A. We always obtain proof of posting and use a tracked or signed service for all items.  We will inform you of the carrier's tracking number and tracking website.

Q Do you accept installment payments and Layaway or Payment Plans

A. We are very flexible with regards to splitting up payments on goods and are happy to organize layaway deals and payment plans. We can negotiate the terms of the plan and split it up over a number of monthly payments to suit you. We understand buying some types of goods can be costly and this can be an easier way to pay. Unlike other sellers, we do not charge our customers holding fees or any other costs for organising payment plans. Please contact us for more information.

Q. I live outside of the UK, are there any other costs involved?

A. Some non UK countries may have import or Customs Duty:

Import duties, taxes and charges are not included in the item price or P&P charges. These charges are the buyer's responsibility. Please check with your country's customs office to determine what these additional costs will be prior to buying. These charges are normally collected by the courier company or when you pick up your item. Please do not mistake them for additional P&P charged by us.

Q. I live outside of the UK, on what terms can you deliver to me?

A. We generally trade internationally using the Incoterms 2020 DAP terms ( Delivered at Place).
