A pair of turquoise opaque glass petal shaped candlesticks with short brass pedestal base with a gadrooned footrim. The blue glass has been moulded with a smooth upper surface and a faceted back. They are most probably English, Stourbridge the Late 19th Century circa 1880. These are very pretty and decorative pair of antique glassware and metal ware a relatively unusual pair. They have a tin sheet base.
Some collectors may describe these as opaline glass. They would make great table decorations or would grace any mantle shelf.
ConditionThey are in good antique condition, very useable with some crizzling to the undersides.
