Vintage 1970s Silver Bangle Bracelet Bright Cut Engraving HM Birmingham 1974 28g

Here we have an attractive vintage silver bangle bracelet, fully hallmarked with a Birmingham hallmark for 1974. It was made by Monomil Ltd and has their MM monogram next to the hallmark, It also has a patent number. The bangle has a textured effect with a bright cut engraved design of scrolling foliage, giving a very pretty effect.

The hinged bangle fastens very securely with a nifty side fastening snap fastener and there is a safety chain for added security. It has an internal circumference of 7 inches and the band is 1/2 inch wide. It weighs 28g and is in good condition, ready to wear. There is a little roughness at the edges which appears to be from the original casting so dating from manufacture. This is a very nice bangle and a very wearable item of vintage 1970s jewellery.
